Ultimate XJ Front End Kit
This kit includes our 1 Ton UTK Steering, XJ Adjustable Track Bar System, and XJ Steering Box Brace.
Track Bar System
This is the strongest front track bar system on the market. Constructed from 1.25" high carbon (1045) steel that is cold-formed with welded and forged axle end bushing shell. We use a Barnes4wd Enduro Joint at the frame side that we TIG root weld and cover with a MIG pass for unmatched strength and penetration. The Track Bar offers 6" of 1.25x12 thread single point machined directly on bar itself. No die threading for weak threads. NO OTHER COMPANY USES THIS MUCH THREAD!
Track Bar Bracket
The construction of our bracket is laser-cut and CNC formed 1/4" thick 100,000 psi Domex steel. The bolt on design replaces factory bracket with no fuss using factory hardware. 2.625 bushing width to allow for a full-size Currie Johnny Joint or our adapted Enduro Joint. 9/16 x 4 grade 8 bolt for main bushing included. Angled forward for builders who push axle forward to clear larger tires yet still compatible with stock configurations.
Track Bar Cross Brace
The brace construction is laser-cut, and CNC formed 1/4" thick steel. The bolt on design allows for easy installation on our Track Bar Bracket. The brace reinforces the Track Bar Bracket creating second cross-member for the front of the Jeep much like our Steering Box Brace. It may need light trimming to clear larger rod ends.
This Track Bar system will fit 2" lift height and up, but we recommend 3". Anything below 2-3" and down will require proper bump stopping.
XJ Steering Box Brace with Sector Shaft Support
Our XJ Steering Box Brace with sector shaft support, braces the sector shaft and clamps the steering box. This combination allows no play to be transferred anywhere. Weak aging unibodies are prone to flex with the force of the steering box pushing against it. Our steering brace clamps the steering box, so this cannot happen. As well as a pillow block bearing grabbing the sector shaft to eliminate leverage put on the steering box. This drastically improves steering box life and eliminates 99% of nasty steering wheel play.

Sway Bar Drop Brackets
If you are still sporting your stock sway bar, we have found that not all XJ sway bars are the same. While some clear our sector shaft support bearing fine, others do not. We have designed these 2.125" drop brackets to solve this problem.

1 Ton UTK Steering
The intersected T steering system has long been a reliable budget friendly option for entry level super strong steering on solid axle jeeps. However, this system has been plagued by a terrible “flip flop” or tie rod roll. We have solved this issue with our signature high durometer poly lock out boots for the tie rod ends. Tie rod inserts or a reamer are required to make this fit on your jeep.
This steering is designed to be stronger than OE and create no “toe in” change through the suspension cycle.
This kit includes:
- 1 – Heavy wall drag link with wrench flats on right hand thread side.
- 1 – Heavy wall tie rod with wrench flats on right hand side.
- 2 – High durometer poly lock out washers to go in the place of the OE dust boots on both tie rod ends.
- All required rod ends, jam nuts, grease fittings, cotter pins and castle nuts.
Options available for x3 Tapered Inserts or 1 Ton Reamer. Additonal Poly Lock-out washer available for the intersection rod (highly recommended for lifts over 4.5").
